Garmin announced CIRQA on July 21, 2026 — a screen-free smart band aimed at 24/7 health and fitness monitoring rather than notifications, priced at $199.99 with no required subscription. It reports heart rate, pulse oximetry, HRV, skin temperature, respiration, stress, sleep stages and Body Battery energy tracking through the Garmin Connect app, and carries a 5 ATM water-resistance rating that Garmin's own manual specifies is intended for pool swimming rather than open water.
